Repairs and Returns

Before returning your Pool Patrol Pool or Gate Alarm we recommend reading through our additional resources such as our FAQs, troubleshooting page, and technical information. You may be able to solve your problem easily without returning your item.

Do not return the product to be repaired to the retailer from whom the product was purchased. ALL REPAIRS NEED TO BE SENT TO DRIVEN DESIGNS.

Driven Designs, Inc. warrants that your product when purchased from an approved dealer, is on the date of purchase free from defect in material and workmanship. We will correct any such defect without charge if you return the complete product, either in person or by other prepaid means of shipping, to Driven Designs, Inc. Service Center within two years after the date of purchase.

After reviewing those resources, you do not find an answer to your question or figure out the cause of your problem, we encourage you to return your product to us and we will repair or replace it. Complete our Repair and Return form below and a representative will contact you with the next step.
