• Terms of Sale

  Payment terms on all orders will be subject to Driven Designs credit approval process.  All prices
  are net, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, due 30 days from date of invoice.  Standard
  terms include an interest charge of 1 1/2 % per month accruing on invoices past stated terms. Any
  discounts will be disallowed if payment is not received within terms.




• Minimum Orders

Current year's price sheet for dealers and distributors detail minimum orders.  Driven Designs, Inc.
reserves the right to change orders that are not in standard master packs.  Any order shipped in
non-standard packing will be billed at 15% additional handling charge.




• Shipping

  All shipments are FOB Belding Michigan.  Driven Designs, Inc. reserves the right to ship by the
  best possible means to ensure your order will be shipped by the most economical way.

  
  

• Returning Merchandise

  All units have a two year limited warranty.  Conditions that will void this warranty will be
  acts of God, misuse, and any tampering of the unit.  All returns within the warranty will be either
  repaired or replaced by Driven Designs, Inc. after the product is received and tested.  Driven
  Designs, Inc. must issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning
  merchandise. Driven Designs, Inc. will not issue open credits for merchandise.

  
  

• Catalog/Advertising Allowance

  Driven Designs, Inc. will pay a catalog allowance for placement of our product in your catalog or
  newspaper advertising.  Driven Designs, Inc. will allow a maximum of $150 per calendar year in
  merchandise credit for the inclusion of a picture and logo with the listing of "Pool Patrol" in
  distributors and dealers catalogs.
  
  To receive the merchandise credit, please send Driven Designs the copy of the invoice for the ad
  or ads and the tear sheets.  All information will need to be sent to Driven Designs within 90 days
  of the ads publish date.  Send all information to the attention of Marketing.
  
  Advertising materials will be available to distributors and dealers at no additional charge in the
  near future.  Please call for further information.
